Below you’ll find some of our most frequently asked questions.  If there’s something you’d like to know which isn’t answered here, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to answer any question you may have.  

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by all major credit and debit cards via PayPal.  Please note: you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment via PayPal.  

Can I amend my order?

If you wish to amend your order (changing bouquet, card message, delivery address etc…), you can do so by emailing us by at hello@flowersdelivereddirect.com or calling us on 099909099. Once we have received your amendment request, we will send you an email requesting confirmation that you wish to amend your order. You will then need to reply to this email to confirm. Please note: amendment requests must be made a minimum of two (2) working days in advance of the delivery date in order for us to make the changes you have requested.  

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled up to two (2) working days prior to the delivery date by emailing hello@flowersdelivereddirect.com, stating your order number and reason for cancelling. Once we have received your cancellation request, we will send you an email requesting confirmation that you wish to cancel. You will then need to reply to this email to confirm cancellation. Please note: once an order has been despatched we cannot cancel it due to the perishable nature of the product.  

Can I return my order?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns.  

Can I include a message with my order?

Yes, if you write the message you would like to include when prompted during the ordering process we will handwrite this for you and include with your bouquet.  

Can I send flowers anonymously?

Yes, you do not have to include your name with your message if you do not wish to do so. However, if you do want the recipient to know who the flowers are from, please do include your name with your message! For Data Protection purposes we never disclose any information provided by the sender, unless required to do so by the authorities.  

Can I choose which flowers are included in my order?

If there is something particular you would like that we do not have on our website, please fill in our custom order enquiry form and we will get back to you asap to let you know if we are able to fulfil your requirements.  

How are the flowers packaged?

Our flowers are wrapped in paper and cellophane, then placed into an insert which holds a gel pack with water keeping the flowers perfectly fresh while in transport (the water does not spill even if the box is tipped over!). A handwritten message card (and gift tag if chosen) will also be enclosed with the bouquet. They are delivered in an eco-friendly box which protects the bouquet during the delivery.  

How should I care for the flowers?

To maximise the life of your flowers, please follow our care instructions: Ensure you have a clean vase, as any bacteria will shorten the life of your flowers. Fill the vase to approximately ¾ full with fresh cold water. Carefully remove the packaging and remove any leaves that will fall below the water line in the vase. Leaves decay much faster under water and decaying leaves create bacteria which will then shorten the life of your flowers. Cut at least 1 inch off each stem with a clean, sharp knife or scissors. The cut should be a clean cut and angled I order to increase the amount of water uptake by the stem. Repeat this every couple of days in order to ensure flowers remain hydrated and prolong their life. Ensure you keep the water topped up and change it every 2-3 days and when/if the water becomes cloudy or discoloured. Avoid placing cut flowers next to fruit as they produce ethylene gas that can shorten the life span of flowers! Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heating and draughts. When a flower begins to wilt, remove it from the arrangement.  

Do the flowers come in a vase?

No, our flowers do not come with a vase. Any vases/jugs etc… shown in our pictures are not included, but are used for suggestion only.  

Why don’t the flowers I received look exactly like the picture shown?

At OK Bouquet we work in harmony with the seasons to guarantee you receive the freshest flowers, and as such availability of certain flowers varies. The photos shown are therefore a guide (showing colour palette and style of bouquet) rather than an actual representation. Flowers depicted may be substituted according to seasonality and availability for flowers of similar quality & value. Please see our terms & conditions regarding substitutions.  

Are your bouquets hand tied?

No, rather than a tight, structured and formal look, here at OK Bouquet we prefer our flowers to look very natural. Our selection of beautiful bouquets are arranged to have a natural, informal and just picked look.

I've encountered a technical problem with your website - who should I inform?

If you encounter any problems please email us at hello@flowersdelivereddirect.com, informing us of the problem you have encountered and we will endeavour to get it resolved asap.


Are my details secure when ordering online?

Yes, we protect your data using the latest Secure Server Technology (SSL). You will know when the web page you are using is secure as the letters ‘https’ will replace ‘http’ in the browser address window, and a padlock will appear either next to your browser address window or at the bottom of your browser window.
